Training and Certifications

To the financial institutions and collection specialist, the designation “CARS” will distinguish that person as one who has attained a high level of professionalism in the collateral recovery business. The CARS (CERTIFIED ASSET RECOVERY SPECIALIST) program is today recognized by all of the big three associations, ARA, NFA and TFA. Every employee of Elite Collateral Recovery, Inc. is certified through the CARS (Certified Asset Recovery Specialists) course.


Elite provides extensive training on a bi-weekly basis for all employees. Our training covers: FDCPA, GLBA, Skip Tracing, (CAT) Confrontational Avoidance Techniques and (DST) Driver Safety Training.
